Meet Sarah
Hi! I'm a mental performance coach with over a decade of experience in the sports and wellness industry. After starting my career in sports communications, I discovered the power of storytelling and its connection to human performance. Inspired by the personal stories of athletes, I pursued a master’s in Human Performance and Well-Being, specializing in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology. Now, I empower athletes to thrive — on and off the field — through a coaching philosophy rooted in my motto: Root. Rise. Shine.

Fun facts: I’m a proud Florida State alum (go Noles), Yogi Berra is my all-time favorite athlete, and I have a 2017 World Series ring. Bruce Springsteen and Taylor Swift top my Spotify playlists, and my dog Rosie is my ultimate sidekick. Always up for a coffee or run meet-up!
